MotoSouth is owned by Greg and Maria Baynes, who started the business in 2006. Greg runs the operation along with his fantastic staff, and their hard work and dedication to exceptional customer service has been paying off as they have seen excellent growth of the business over recent years.
With their 5 extremely popular franchises carried (Sea-doo, Can-am, Kawasaki, Triumph and KTM) all being world market leaders in innovation, performance and durability they have the brands to achieve their goals of continual growth. Backing it all up is a fully equipped service department with fully qualified factory trained technicians for the absolute best in after sales service.

Greg has spent his entire life in the motorcycle industry which has been fueled by a passion for motorcycles.
Starting at a young age working in a bike shop after school, he completed his motorcycle apprenticeship before progressing through management to finally achieving his goal of owning his own bike shop at the age of 30. Greg loves the challenges in the motorcycle industry and has had many incredible experiences along the way.
An accomplished rider, he started riding bikes at 12 years old, completing in his first MX race at 13. Greg has many trophies in the cabinet celebrating his achievements in motocross, cross country and motor racing and among the most he is proud of is the 4x Burt Munro Challenge 50 Mile Beach titles he has won, the most of any rider. Still riding and racing today, Greg enjoys sharing the thrill of motorcycles with his family and friends as much as he ever has.
